After your hike, relax with a delicious dinner at Mariner's Restaurant overlooking the serene Sibley Lake.
Gear up for an adventure-packed morning on the Backbone Trail, a 7.4-mile one-way hike through rocky ridges and lush pine forests. In the afternoon, explore the charming historic downtown of Natchitoches, with its vibrant 18th-century architecture. End the day with a satisfying dinner at either Mama's Oyster House or Papa's Bar & Grill.
